We have been recognised by the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI) as Highly Commended on our work under the category of Representative Workforce. We are also Bronze accredited ENEI organisation and we are striving for Silver. So we don`t simply recognise difference. We celebrate it and work hard to ensure that that the profile of our volunteers and employees reflects the wider community we serve.

Are you passionate about removing barriers to participation?

Then you could now help us create and deliver an effective equality, diversity and inclusion strategy.

About you:

In this influential role, you will lead the Society in ensuring that we take all practicable steps to create a representative workforce. You must have a substantial, demonstrable understanding of discrimination legislation across the different legal jurisdictions we work in. You will also have significant experience of developing, managing and evaluating equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, preferably at a senior or national level. Strong influencing skills and professional presence will be key to your success in this role.

While you do not need to be based in London, you must be willing to travel regularly to our central office and occasionally to the other counties in which we operate.

Alzheimer`s Society is committed to equal opportunities.
