Employing over 4,000 people, Omni provides Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to major hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton and Resorts World.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team in a fantastic Central London hotel.

As Housekeeping Trainer you will responsible for the provision of training to the housekeeping team.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Training new Room Attendants which includes induction training, Health and safety training such as fire safety, manual handling and COSHH training, Job of the day training and Standards training
• Carry out refresher training and monitor and record trainees aptitude to ensure that they are delivering the expected standards
• Ensure all staff are trained on and fully conversant with all relevant areas of Health & Safety and required training paperwork is completed and signed
• Ensure all staff are trained on and adhere to policies and procedures e.g. lost property
• Assist with ensuring staff have all the necessary equipment needed to perform their duties
• Complete weekly audits with the Area Manager, where appropriate and action issues
• Complete quality checks using the Omni Facilities Management quality app on a daily basis
• Working in collaboration with the housekeeping department Management and company L&D Manager on any other training incentives
You must have:
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Trainer in a busy hotel Housekeeping department
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality

• Average of 37.5 hours per week
