The role

Since their inception over a decade ago, this agency have grown year on year, retained all of their clients, and maintained an excellent level of staff retention. Their client base covers different sectors from iconic consumer brands to major online players through to public sector giants. In essence, you'll be the face of their business and the role is as big as you want to make it. Reporting to the Directors, you will take ownership for developing your clients and ensuring that the full suite of their services are embedded within your clients' resourcing and marketing strategies. The work is engaging, and wide and varied, and will typically cover employer branding and communications, through to adverting, media planning and buying, mobile apps, careers websites to social media management and content strategy.

What we're looking for

In reality, this may suit a SAE who has been well schooled in all facets of client management and is looking for a step up into their first managerial role. We're looking for a creative thinker, who is experienced in developing and managing marketing communications strategies across print and online, and are confident in creative and digital briefing and development processes. You'll need a solid understanding of website design and build processes, functionality and optimisation; as well as experience of the print/production process of off-line channels; or experience in developing and delivering social media marketing strategies. We envisage that you've most likely acquired a minimum three years agency based experience, and would be happy coaching account executives and managers and enjoy this part of the role.
