Job Title:                           Strategic Business Process Analyst
Location:                           Staines
Salary:                               £36,000 - £42,000 + bonus and benefits          

Our client, a leading energy provider is looking for a Strategic Business Process Analyst to join their team at their offices based in Staines.

In this role the Analyst will share information, develop and foster relationships, and gather opinions and input in order to establish the current planning governance. 

The Strategic Business Process Analyst will:

- Comprehend, plan and deliver the process flow logic of a rapidly changing Strategic and Optimisation Planning environment across the company.
- Have an understanding of the internal stakeholders and external influencers as well as developing a strategy and plan for communicating with and leveraging key stakeholders to create positive momentum for installations and servicing.
- Influence rapidly changing situations and operations, as well as respond to trends and modelling outcomes.
- Be responsible for working with internal stakeholders across the country to understand the Strategic & Optimisation Planning priorities, gaps, and opportunities and be able to define how adherence to governance can play a role in success.

 The Strategic Business Process Analyst will have:

- At least 18 months’ commercial analytics experience in a similar role.

- Strong data analytical skills to interpret data and produce insight in order to understand opportunities, challenges and potential risks.
- Familiarity with modelling, analysis, simulation and optimisation tools.
- Technical skills in SAS / R / SQL and be an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge/ experience within S&OP / FMCG - Beneficial.
- A thorough understanding of forecasting principles / forecast modelling, along with excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisational planning skills.
- Experience in project management, be creative, action-oriented, and able to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience working with executives to prioritise resources and define business strategy
