Telesales / Customer Service Representatives are sought to join this call centre based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Role:
Telesales / Customer Service Representatives support the biggest and fastest mobile network in the UK by selling additional state of the art products such as phones, tablets and broadband services to existing customers. No cold calling, just offering sales with great customer service to customers who already have a loyalty to an amazing brand. It's all about putting customers first - introducing new products and looking for ways to strengthen relationships with every one of them. It's not always easy. This is why we need people who can stay patient, show resilience even when being told 'no thanks' and still close a deal without ever forcing it. People who can keep a close eye on their measured targets, and do it all while offering great customer service and quality on every call.

- Love talking to and listening to people and have a knack for understanding their needs
- Show a real hunger when it comes to spotting a sales opportunity and closing a deal
- Be tenacious, adaptable and resilient

Whilst experience in a call centre / customer service role is beneficial; we love talking to great people, and some of the company's most successful people have joined the team with limited or no experience. If you have the right attitude and personality but lack experience, they will give you all of the training and support you need to be successful in sales.
