Leatherhead Trinity School and Children’s Centre is seeking a qualified Children’s Centre Playworker. You would work at our main site and across our two links sites of Bookham and Ashtead, as well as within the community. You will be working alongside the Children’s Centre team to deliver family sessions, role modelling outstanding interactions to parents/carers, contributing to planning and evaluations to support the development of our services. The Centre provides opportunities for parents/carers to develop their skills and gain qualifications, as a qualified practitioner you will support the delivery of our crèche provision to enable parents/carers to attend our courses.
The post-holder will attend meetings and training to keep up to date with best practice and support continuous professional development.
