Position/Title: Office Manager / Accountant
Location: Woking, Surrey
Basic Salary/OTE: Basic £25,000 to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Summary [Job Ref: RPSE V663] An established, well respected Independent Estate Agency based in the Woking area is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager/Management Accountant to manage the daily operations of the back office accounts and Human Resources
This is pivotal role and you will report directly to the Partners. The role is very varied so you will need to be a good all-rounder! The role includes; bookkeeping, budgeting, pay roll, HR and managing the car fleet. You will be able to multi task, prioritise work and make sure deadlines are met. You will be an honest professional individual that takes pride in their work.
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience minimum in a similar role, you must have bookkeeping and budgeting experience however if you do not have HR or experience managing a car fleet full training will be given on this aspect of the job.

Essential Skills required:
·Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
·High attention to detail and accuracy
·Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
