Continental Shift Engineer - Mechanical
Our client are looking for Mechanical Shift Engineer to join their Building Services Maintenance team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance and fault finding on high profile site based in London.
Working on behalf on a major banking and financial institution our client are a global Facilities Management contractor with an enviable portfolio of contracts looking to grow their maintenance division on a trophy contract based in London.
As Mechanical Shift Engineer you will be responsible for delivering planned maintenance in accordance to SLA's and KPI's to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated mechanical systems.
You will also respond in a prompt and effective manner to all mechanical related reactive maintenance issues and helpdesk requests.
As part of the compliance programme you may also be required to carry out technical surveys to services and systems, reporting findings and recommendations to the Building Services Supervisor.
The ideal Mechanical Shift Engineer will firstly be qualified and experienced with delivering mechanical maintenance within building services. Be comfortable to interface with all personnel on site, including customer staff at all levels.
It's not essential but a knowledge of refrigeration and A/C would be desirable.
