The National Account Manager
Will be Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company's sales budget, strategy and the teams' overall productivity and effectiveness across key accounts: various Major Retailers.
Solely responsible for all the sales operations, ensuring business growth and profitability are achieved.
Critical to your role will be the ability to manage the sales process and exceed budgets, through your strong extrovert personality coupled with a creative sales process drive and an analytical eye for detail.
Main responsibilities will be:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation
2. Sales Management
3. Business Development
4. Relationship Management
5. Financial Management
6. General management and overall accountability for the company's sales plus customer and product profitability.
Must have 3 years' minimum experience in Sales Budgeting, P&L and JBP; candidate must be a strong team player, influencer and negotiator, who is self-motivated and has a positive, eager and responsive attitude. Must have experience managing the Big 4 supermarkets.
Essential requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3 to 5 years of Sales / FMCG experience, working with major UK supermarkets
* Budgeting and P&L
* Territory / Channel experience
* Excellent leadership skills
* London based
