About the Role

We are pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to work in our breakfast and after school club which is based in our beautiful school grounds. The Club, known as The Graitney Club, delivers the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and Childcare Register requirements for up to 40 children aged 4-11 from Crawley Ridge Infant School and Crawley Ridge Junior School, in premises on the junior school site.

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic playworkers to join The Graitney Club which runs from 7.30am – 9am and from 3pm to 6pm. Your duties will include helping to register the children at the start of each session, preparing healthy snacks, supervising indoor and outdoor play and activities. Together with the Graitney Club Manager you will be expected to bring fresh, fun ideas to entertain the children in a safe and stimulating environment. At 6pm you will help a colleague to tidy and clean up and secure the premises and gate at 6.15pm.
