About you

The Spa is a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment so with a Hairdressing qualification - at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent you must have experience of treating both men and women in a 5 star salon and be able to demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of all hair services.

As well as the personality to develop a rapport with customers from all cultures and the ability to meet sales targets, you should be adaptable to an airline environment. Customers have flights to catch, so turnaround times will be tight. We are a 365 day a year operation, so you will need to be flexible and also be expected to work bank holidays, Easter and Christmas.

Experience in barbering would be an advantage. Expectations are high, but you’ll have the satisfaction of working for an iconic brand in a unique and invigorating setting. So, If you feel you are adaptable, a strong communicator with the ability to build instant rapport & are passionate about the hairstyling industry, we would love to hear from you.
