Quantity Surveyor- Bristol (PERMANENT)

£40-50k plus 23 days holiday

Due to a recent expansion, our client is currently seeking an intermediate/senior level Quantity Surveyor to join their established and expanding infrastructure division based in Bristol and working in South West England and South Wales. This client offers a fantastic training programme in a fun and professional environment as well as access to the company pension scheme.

You will be working on a range of areas including Residential, Public Sector, Corporate Occupier and Higher Education sectors for our client, a large and diverse multidisciplinary company with offices located in three continents.

To be considered for this role, you MUST:

* Have extensive experience within a professional consultancy environment.
* Have at least a BSc in Quantity Surveying (MRICS desirable).
* Have knowledge of the property sector.
* Be able to demonstrate evidence of leading projects in a client-orientated role.
* Have experience of working within a medium/large-scale property projects within the Residential, Corporate Occupier, Education sector (desirable).

Within this Quantity Surveyor role you will:

* Plan and estimate costs.
* Produce feasibility studies and estimates from minimal specification information to detailed cost plans.
* Monitor project costs and progress.
* Prepare tender documentation.
* Perform RICS core and RICS QS Competencies.
* Maintain all agreed technical approaches and to the required technical and quality procedures.
* Liaise with clients and consultants.

* Participate in APC training (including supervisory roles and guidance for candidates).
