***Premier Pathways Paid Teacher Training - £15,000 pa training salary.
***2-year school-based teacher training programme
***Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham.

Year one:

The first two terms you will take on a support role which includes 1:1 activities and small intervention groups.

Term three will see you taking on a minimum of a 50% teaching timetable, which will allow you to start taking on more teaching responsibilities.

Year 2:

The second year will be your PGCE year so we will see you taking on an 80% teaching timetable.

In term 5 you will be at your second school placement for 3 weeks and this will be in a contrasting school.
