Are you a Psychology Graduate with a minimum 2.2 degree classification?

Are you an aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologist keen to gain further experience with SEN children before undertaking a MA or PhD?

This charming primary school in Mid Suffolk is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant, working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with SEN.

*** SEN Teaching Assistant position located in Mid Suffolk
*** £60-£65 per day for this Teaching Assistant role

SEN Teaching Assistant Specification:

*** Minimum 2.2 Psychology Degree from a leading university
*** Good A levels
*** GCSE grades C and above in Maths, Science, English
*** Previous paid or voluntary experience of SEN
*** The will and interest to want to work with SEN pupils and a pupil with ADHD
*** Position designed for Aspiring Educational and Clinical Psychologists

About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

*** Working 1:1 with SEN pupils
*** Opportunity to run small group intervention classes
*** Working closely with the class teacher to develop schemes of work and a working environment that everyone can prosper in
*** Liaising with parents, teachers and the SENCO to ensure effective delivery of SEN provision
