We are looking for a Senior Support Worker

Offering a superior service to our residents, a warm welcome awaits you at our Richardson Court Service in Sellindge, Ashford in Kent. Close to local shops, near to public transport, there is off street parking. Richardson Court has a well maintained, secure garden for residents. Nice countryside location.
It is an established residential home with 9 adult residents with learning disabilities. We are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Senior Support Worker to provide the support that allows our amazing service users to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.

So are you caring? Inspirational? Optimistic? And Insightful? – These are easy words, but the real job is to blend all this to enable our service users to lead a fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can.
Full driving licence would be an advantage, due to the rural location.
NVQ in Health & Social Care – Level 3, or equivalent is essential.
