This is an opportunity for an experienced MI Analyst to provide this UK business with accurate, effective and fit for purpose business reporting and analysis and produce client Management Information (MI) in line with their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). They manage critical incidents in the car and home on behalf of the world's leading insurers, brokers and fleet managers.

- Accurately analyse results, trends and performance against core SLAs for all teams
- Proactively report to managers, highlighting specific areas of over or under performance and new/emerging trends which might affect decisions
- Support the resource planners with MI and data to facilitate forecasting and trend analysis
- Deliver reports detailing performance against SLAs, including individual reports for people managers to track team performance
- Responsible for producing client MI, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Drive improvements in production of MI

You will support the business to analyse the results and performance of all consumer facing teams, enabling the achievement of SLAs

- Accurately analyse results, trends and performance against core SLAs for all teams
- Proactively report to managers, highlighting specific areas of over or under performance and new/emerging trends which might affect decisions
- Support the resource planner by providing MI and data as required to facilitate forecasting and trend analysis
- Deliver accurate and effective reports detailing performance against SLAs, including individual performance and productivity reports for people managers
- Responsible for the creation of reports on all factors concerning SLA achievement for the managers.
- Assist the Resource Planner with call centre reporting and make recommendations on real-time staffing needs; analyse support metrics and identify trends
- Create accurate and easy to use MI for Managers to use to track performance of their teams

Candidate specification
- High level ability to write reports explaining analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Knowledge and awareness of department policies and procedures, and compliance standards, relevant to the department i.e. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- Knowledge of customer protection legislation, i.e. Data Protection and Computer Misuse Acts
- It would be preferable for you to have a degree (2:2 and above preferred in mathematics or IT) but this isn't essential.
- High standard SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
