This company is the largest supplier to the UK's jewellery industry, offering customers over 17,000 products in various precious metals including silver, gold, palladium and platinum.

This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join their London Trade Counter Department to take responsibility for the daily sales activities.

The Role

This is a key position as you will be the customer's first point of contact with their business. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a quick reliable and friendly service coupled with advice and guidance on products from their range. In addition you will be expected to complete daily administration tasks to ensure the counter runs effectively.

Essential Skills / Experience

The ideal candidate should have:
- A relevant jewellery making qualification
- Keen interest in the jewellery trade
- Excellent communication skills are essential as your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers is key to delivering first class customer service
- Have a friendly and approachable manner
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- Proficient in the use of computers

Hours of work:
Part time - Total 18.75 hours per week, M-F 13:00 - 16:45.
