Pensions and Investment Administrator

Position: Permanent
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Shifts: Dayshift
Salary: £17,000-23,000 Depending upon experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with providers, solicitors
  • Working in a busy environment
  • Maintain records tracking the progress of all client work
  • General Administration duties

Required Skills & Experience

  • MUST have previous pensions expereince
  • Experience in an administration role within the financial services/ insurance/ banking industry or similar
  • Ability to work on own and part of a team
  • You will be conscientious & determined with a focus on teamwork
  • You will have a good business knowledge, strong report writing skills & will be diligent in your approach
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Personal integrity and ethics
  • Takes ownership & relishes responsibility
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner in person & remotely
  • You will be able to communicate well, & able to build strong working relationships with colleagues
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of financial products including personal & company pensions, investments & wider financial products
