We are delighted to be working in partnership with a globally recognised luxury car brand who are now in a positive time of business expansion

Due to this we week an experience Sales Manager who is seeking a new hands-on position.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who is competent in leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team of Business Managers & Sales Executives through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.

You will serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring the business upholds the highest ethical standards.

We seek a talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
