We are recruiting a registered manager for our growing home care service. This is a perfect opportunity to help further establish our company, whilst ensuring standards of care remain high.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management and development of our care services, ensuring compliance with CSSIW requirements and driving forward improvements across the organisation to support and develop our excellent reputation for high quality home care. You will be required to be the registered manager with CSSIW and to have excellent knowledge of the current regulatory frameworks. Applicants must also register with Social Care Wales (previously Care Council for Wales)
Applicants must hold the RMA or NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care or the QCF level 5 in leadership and management, adult services.
Whilst our full time role is notionally 40 hours per week, as the Registered Manager you will be managing your workload appropriately to ensure that you meet the requirements of the role and flexibility in working hours is to be expected. On call duties are part of the role. This is a challenging role which will inevitably require some long and sometimes, unsocial hours of work to meet the needs of the service.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company) and the post holder must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to transport. The ability to communicate in both Welsh and English is advantageous, but not essential.
