Part time Accounts Assistant
KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Administrator to work a new and expanding company in Newcastle. This is permanent, part time position. Initially the successful candidate will work 2 days a week. The salary will be circa £18,000 pro rata.
Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
- To provide support and assist in the day to day accounting function of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cash/bank
- To ensure prompt and efficient receipt of payments from clients
- To assist in the creation, checking, data input and payment of all invoices
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Credit control duties
- Maintaining the petty cash
- General ad hoc administration as and when required
