Technical Head of Customer Operations
NRG are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Technical Head of Customer Operations for a global organisation based in Newcastle.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, you will be responsible for setting up key processes for implementation, integration and support.You will deliver and execute a content strategy that demonstrates best practices to the organisations customers and partners. You will work with teams to increase service levels and exceed customer expectations through driving consistency in process and improving efficiencies in the work place.
The Technical Head of Customer Operations will have extensive people management experience,working within a technical background as well as vast experience in both building and implementing support functions. A technical background is absolutely essential. Global travel may be required.
