Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of an award-winning national elderly care provider to recruit an outstanding Home Manager for a care home in Creiff, Perth & Kinross offering residential care.

About the role:
As a Home Manager you'll be running the day to day operations of the 31 bed home and be responsible for the management and leading and developing a dynamic team to deliver high quality care and service.

The home has a settled team of care home professionals who have built an excellent record in CQC inspections and a positive local reputation.

You will be responsible for adhering to all CQC regulations, budget management, marketing and liaising with local authorities and residents and their families and leading home visits for prospective residents.

About you:
You will possess proven leadership and communication skills with 2 years' experience managing a residential care home.

In return the position is offering a salary of £39k plus a £2k welcome bonus and up to £12k discretionary bonus.
