Telesales Executive (B2B)

Based in our Manchester Head Office, located in Trafford Park (M17 1SA),we are looking to recruit a number of Full Time and Permanent Telesales Executives to join our growing team. Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to a 17:30 finish (40 hours per week), we are looking to recruit experienced Telesales Executives to make outbound Business to Business sales calls to existing customers. Typical duties will involve phoning existing business customers (with some new business) to advise them of promotions, take orders, increase wallet share and advise of any price changes.

The individual must have a positive, helpful attitude and possesses a ‘Can do approach’ towards their work and personal life in order to provide a consummate level of service to our customers.

What we are looking for:
- Ideally educated to college standards (with GCSE’s in English and Maths); not essential
- The ability to be customer focused in all things
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a Team Player approach
- Conscientious, hardworking and accurate
- The ability to manage a varied workload in a dynamic situation
- The ability to fit into and contribute towards a “can do” culture

- Non-smoker

Desirable experienced in:
- Use of a Phone for long periods
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (customer queries, account management duties, product queries etc.)

- Working in a sales environment

- Happy and outgoing attitude
- A genuinely friendly and helpful individual who wants to get to know the customer better
- Customer focussed, to ensure consistency and efficiency in all sales and customer contact
- Neat and tidy, able to portray a professional appearance at work
- Some Microsoft Office skills (such as Outlook, Excel and Word)

- Salary, £16-18k per annum pro rata (depending on skills and experience)
