A trusted client of ours is recruiting a IT Implementation Manager to deliver against their IT Roadmap and take care of business process change management.

My client is transitioning to a new azure platform, moving to cloud based MS products and have recently introduced MS Dynamics as our CRM along with a new WMS called Consignor. All of these changes need someone to document and process map, train and sequence the transition for our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Defining and owning project plan
Design and application of training strategy
Sequencing of client and supplier transitioning
Configuration
Testing & validation
Documentation & process maps
Capturing business requirements
Implementation strategy
Weekly project reporting

What are the EXPERIENCE and SKILLS required of the candidate?
Proven experience in application transformation projects
Exceptional project management skills with proven track record in managing IT projects to successful conclusion
Ability to influence, persuade and effectively communicate at all levels
Technically capable to be 'hands on' and involved in the detail of systems when necessary
B2B Software (not infrastructure) Business Process experience
Proficiency in IT project management methodologies potentially including Prince 2
Pan-European experience desired
Resource management
Change management
Understanding of IT and application frameworks
Understanding of application integration and APIs

Key factors that will not be traded in this hiring process
Experience of working in a high growth, fast paced, agile organisation
Proven ability to make decisions with both a business and IT dimension
Strong change management experience
Experience in the delivery of IT application transformation projects
