Your experience leading change initiatives, developing strategy and implementing business improvement projects would prove a valuable asset to my client. This is a senior role reporting to the MD and includes coaching of senior staff as well as extensive stakeholder management.

You will be given the autonomy to develop strategy, identify business improvement opportunities and manage deliverables across the company. You will also be given a car allowance and a corporate benefits package in addition to salary.

About the job:

They currently require the services of a Business Improvement Practitioner. This role includes:-

- Design strategy to support the adoption of change initiatives
- Proactively managing stakeholder across the organisation and externally
- Managing the transition of change and maintaining staff engagement
- Identifying changes and developing programmes to achieve agreed outcomes
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs affected by change
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation
- Coach and support senior managers

About you:

- Experience at senior level - influencing, managing change and coaching
- Development and delivery of change programmes
- Understanding of Lean principles and their application
- Experience in an operational (manufacturing / engineering / construction) essential
- Strong understanding of process re-engineering
