Our client is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for people who have lived experience of homelessness, mental health, offender, alcohol, or substance use and recovery services.

Our client is currently recruiting for two Apprentice Outreach Workers to work within their newly acquired Bournemouth and Poole Outreach Services.

Purpose of Job:

The role is primarily to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to assist in the provision, and day-to-day delivery, of the Bournemouth and Poole Outreach Services working to an assertive outreach model. There will be on the job learning and shadowing staff to observe how they support rough sleepers through assessment and reconnection with the aim of accessing accommodation

They are looking for motivational, positive and inspiring role models who will inspire clients. Our client's Apprenticeship Scheme offers 15 months paid work (37.5 hours per week), a comprehensive training programme and the opportunity to gain a Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care. You will also be required to attend formal learning off site whilst working towards a recognised qualification.

Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.
