Our Client in Norwich, is recruiting a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator

The Role Wedding & Events Coordinator

  • Reporting to the Revenue Manager
  • Actively selling the facilities and benefis of the hotel
  • Dealing with brides and corporate clients
  • Ensuring all company systems are maintained
  • Working with the operations team to ensure that the is a full handover of each event
  • Attend revenue meetings
  • Creating reports as required by the Revenue Manager
  • Understand competitor offers and your own hotel's unique offering

The Person - Wedding and Events Co-ordinator

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Understanding of conferencing and events business
  • Motivated to achieve team and personal targets
  • Conduct FAM strips and attend event open days

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary package £30,000
