Business Development Manager
Position: Business Development Manager - Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic, Uncapped OTE, Company Car & Pension

We need someone who can create new business opportunities. The person we are looking for will be someone who has experience within Field Sales or a successful B2B track record. A background within Waste Management is ideal but they will also look at Candidates from the following sectors; Document Secure Shredding, Industrial Services, Environmental Services. Hygiene Services or Facilities Management. Working within this role requires an all round sales professional who has drive, energy and is a true new business hunter.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will need to have a consistent background and worked in a sales environment where figures and meetings are crucial but results are needed. You will need to be driven in all aspects of the role from planning and organising your week to cold calling potential new customers. You will need to be able to adapt to the customer`s needs and personalities as a real consultative seller will excel in this role.
