Premier Pathways Trainee Teacher

Becoming a trainee teacher requires passion, resilience, creativity and talent. Many graduates find themselves seeking a practical, in-school route into teaching, but come to realise that many of the traditional teacher training methods provide inadequate support and standard of care. Now, there is another option.

***Trainee Teacher position located in various locations nationally
***£15K Per Annum
***2-year, Full-Time training position starting September
***Job opportunities on completion
***NO TUITION FEES

Trainee teachers on the Premier Pathways Programme begin their development as a teaching assistant for 2 terms. This work gives them the opportunity to experience all facets of every-day school life. The chance to gain confidence and advance their teaching ability in this first stage ensures that the trainee teacher will be thoroughly prepared to undertake greater responsibility by the third term of the programme. The guidance and support that our trainee teachers receive both within school and externally ensures rapid development. As the trainee teacher becomes more effective at planning and delivering lessons within the second year of the programme, they will begin to adopt 80% of a teacher timetable. Assessed by the University of Buckingham at this final phase, the trainee teacher will be granted their PGCE with QTS, becoming a fully-fledged educational professional.

Ideal applicants for the trainee teacher positions available on this innovative programme will be positive and determined graduates with exceptional academic records that demonstrate a willingness and aptitude for learning. Though no in-school experience is required, the enrolled trainee teacher will be someone who can prove an unbounding devotion to supporting young people in their personal and academic development.
