The Technical Support Role:

• You will be the first port of call for the loyal client base, answering queries or issues on specialist products.
• You will be client facing and will talk through issues over the phone, providing resolutions within a timely manner.
• You will identify and report issues and bugs to the development team, and work closely with them to resolve.
• You will take feedback from the users in regards to specialist products, and pass these on to help make improvements.
• You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the hardware and become hands-on in providing repair and fixing services.
• You will also be responsible for managing product returns and warranty claims.

Our Perfect Technical Support Candidate;

• Ideally, you will already have gained some experience within a similar role, providing Technical Support or hands-on hardware support to clients.
• You will have a good knowledge of IT and the ability to learn new hardware and software. Full training on the specific software will be provided.
• You will be switched-on, with a desire to learn and improve yourself.
