Procurement Analyst/Administrator
3 Month Contract- Possible Extension
£20 per hour (£150 per day)

Our client is an established company based in Speke, Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst/Administrator to join their team.

As the successful Procurement Analyst you will be expected to take responsibility for ensuring that monthly tasks are completed on time and various administration duties are completed. You must be able to work successfully in a fast paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Essential Skills/Experience:

A proven record with reporting and business analytics ideally within Procurement or Supply Chain
Can demonstrate experience with key Procurement processes from source of supply to invoice payment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
Ability to work in a visible and fast paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
ITIL qualified or exposure - desirable
Software Licensing Support
Incident Management
Dealing with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
