Service Improvement Trainer - Manchester

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 + 10% Bonus + Childcare Vouchers + onsite Parking + great benefits.

My client, a well establish and growing Telecoms company, is looking to recruit a Service Improvement Trainer to help improve/develop the Technical and Customer Service skills of their client facing teams.

Role Responsibilities
• Supporting, developing and improving the customer service and technical staff’s level of client satisfaction.
• Produce training documents.
• Deliver classroom training.
• Help design the e-Learning content.
• Design, develop and review implemented training.
• Lead training for new staff
• Collate feedback from training sessions.

Essential Skills
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Worked within a team to designing e-Learning material
• Methodical training techniques
• Good training review skills

Desirable Skills
• A Telecommunications technical understanding of any of the following: Broadband, Fibre, Fixed Line, Mobile or VoIP.

A number of key objectives for this role are improvements of:
• Customer Satisfaction
• Customer contact quality (variety of methods including live chat/social media)
• First time resolution
• Product knowledge
