£18k pro rata – PART TIME 25Hrs

Our client a specialist engineering company are looking to recruit an Office Administrator situated on the outskirts of Wetherby.

Responsibilities

• General Office Administration duties, scanning printing.

• Answering all incoming calls

• Order processing and logging

• Purchase and invoice duties

• Responsible for qualifying timesheet, payroll duties

• Managing client database updating where appropriate for business requirements received.

• Data inputting on internal systems

• Meeting and greeting clients

• Distribution of mail received and outgoing post.

Skills

Organised and Motivated

MUST be Computer Literate Knowledge of Microsoft

Experience Xero Software additionally internal systems

Previous payroll experience desired

Must Drive due to location

Hours : Monday – Friday 25 hours per week.

Company pension scheme, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
