Telesales Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Sales Executive B2B Sales
Telesales Executive is needed by our client a leading boutique telemarking company based in their Ferndown office (near Bournemouth) due to continued growth.
All their work is business to business and although most of their customers are involved in technology in some form or another, they also represent companies with other commercial offerings. They have been established since 2008 and have a very low staff turnover due to the friendly team environment.
Typical duties include:
- Calling businesses on behalf of customers.
- Writing simple lead reports.
- Updating databases on CRM.
- Customer liaison.
- Assisting with business growth.
- Essential: Good standard of spoken and written English and attention to detail.
- Desirable: Telemarketing or Telesales experience, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Hours: 9-5.30 Monday to Thursday (5pm Friday).
- 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays, plus 3 days close-down at Christmas.
- They are based in offices on the Fendown Industrial Estate. (free parking on site)
