The successful Restaurant Managers will be starting in brand new restaurants so it will be all hands on deck to get our restaurants up and running. The feedback for our first restaurant in Glasgow was overwhelming with queues out of the door and we expect the same in our other new stores. It will be hard work but you will be working with a great team and your hard work will be rewarded as we expand.
As a Restaurant Manager you will support the senior leadership team in managingall aspects of the restaurant’s operation in order to ensure Tim Hortons’ standards around people, product, cleanliness and an "Exceptional Customer Experience," are fulfilled. The Restaurant Manager will also assist in sustaining, directing, and increasing sales growth and profit levels.
We want you to be the best and ensure you provide our customers with exceptional service and value therefore you will be required to spend your first four weeks in training, split between our training centre in the Midlands, and our Greater Manchester location. It is essential that you are flexible and can commit to this.
You will have a proven background in managing in a Quick Service Restaurant and be a passionate leader who believes in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. We also welcome applicants who are currently working as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager in a branded quick service restaurant and looking for the opportunity to run your own restaurant.
