Software Sales Executive

As part of our clients ambitious expansion plans, we are now looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our sales team and help drive the new sales part of the business

This position is for someone who takes great pride in what they do, is able to work independently and take full responsibility for their work, but also can be a good team player.

You will report to the Sales Director and both through your own tenacious lead generation efforts, and through leads generated by industry networking events and our marketing team, will build, maintain, and convert a targeted sales pipeline.

We are looking for someone with an instinctive ability to identify sales opportunities with both new and prospective clients. You will be confident to present to customers, and to demonstrate how our product will meet and even exceed, their requirements.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a sales focussed recruitment role
  • Solid understanding of recruitment software systems
  • An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • A tenacious desire to make sales
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Organised and highly motivated
  • Confidence in generating own leads through telesales activity
