A well established Legal Firm based in Liverpool seeking a Senior Administrator / Office Manager.

Our client is a well established legal firm who are based in Liverpool city centre are seeking an experience administrator / office manager to work in their real estate team. This new role is vital to the organisation and is the link between technology, process and the practice of property law.
Your new role
You will be required to work alongside another administrator to create and maintain electronic vRooms for new and existing clients, ensuring quality and accuracy of information, applying consistent style and delivering consistent user-experience, liaising with IT to ensure seamless service to clients, acting as a point of contact for lawyers and clients in terms of supporting and resolving queries and managing the other administrator.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have the ability to use and apply technology, implement solutions, be familiar with law transactions and documents, have had previous experience in document management or databases would be an advantage. It will also be an advantage to be solution-focused and have natural curiosity around new technology.
