My client is looking for a Quality Specialist to join their team.

Key duties the role will be to:

Quality Audit Review and champion customer satisfaction within target audience, validate if correct and appropriate process has been followed, provide feedback on audit methodology, complete a sample of quality review required required timeframe, produce quality review and findings reports, Work with support leads and supervisors to identify people and process needs and liaise with training team to determine training requirements.
You will monitor team performance, identify areas or improvement and provide feed back. In additional to this, you will work with Team Managers to develop project plans and participate in Quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years quality assurance experience within a BPO environment and possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You will be exceptionally organised and be able to follow through on actions and plans. You will have previous experience of working on project delivery and improvement plans and experience of working with and meeting SLA's and quality targets.
