Transform and The Hospital Group are leading independent providers of cosmetic surgery, bariatric and aesthetic services within the UK. With 3 purpose built cosmetic surgery hospitals and 25 consultation clinics, we're seeking an experienced healthcare administrator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Electiva PInes Hospital which is located in South Manchester.


* Assist colleagues from External clinics in anaesthetics reviews
• Update advisors reference patient updates following patient surgery
• Liaise with Anaesthetists , Surgeons & Resident Medical Officer when
required for patients scheduled for surgery
• To act as a source of reference for Clinic Nurses with regard to the
Hospital selection criteria
• When required, help induct Clinic Nurses and RMO in regards to
Hospital selection criteria
• In conjunction with the Hospital and Risk and Governance team to be
proactive in matters of Patient Complaint
• To create Medical files for scheduled Hospital admissions and when
required communicate with patients with regard to their admission
• Liaise with outpatient clinics regarding anaesthetic reviews
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality and religious beliefs are
respected and maintained, adopting a professional phone manner at
all times, as an Ambassador for the company
• To participate in the implementation of new ideas and processes, and
contribute to the improvement and enhancement of patient care as
part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Managing the processes required for the reporting of
Histology/Cytology Results
• To abide by legal requirements and statutory rules relating to practice.
• To take responsibility for personal and professional development,
attending all mandatory training relevant to role
• To be aware of national and local initiatives and issues that may impact
on HCA nursing.
• To carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general
nature and level of responsibility of the post.

Applicants will need to have the desire to work within a healthcare environment and previous similar experience will be highly advantageous. Top class organisational skills are essential together with a pro-active and pragmatic approach to dealing with issues as they arise. An ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally is essential.. A clinical qualification would be highly beneficial.

This is a full time contracted role of 37.5 hours to be worked 9.30 am - 6pm Monday - Friday
