Fantastic Boiler manufacturer looking for an ambitious sales professional to join their Southern team. Up to £37k basic, £45k+ ote, plus great benefits.


- Our client has a wonderful reputation in manufacturing best in class domestic and light commercial combi boilers, system boilers, open vent boilers, water heaters, unvented cylinders, solar thermal and heat pumps. They are well established and a leader in innovation. Due to growth, they are looking to add to the team.


- You will be selling our clients market leading range of domestic and light commercial combi boilers, system boilers, open vent boilers, water heaters, unvented cylinders, solar thermal and heat pumps.

- Selling to national and independent Builders Merchants and Plumbers Merchants 60% of the time, with 40% of your time targeting Main contractors, sub contractors, M&E Contractors and installers.

- You will be covering West Sussex, Hampshire, parts of Dorset, western Berkshire, up to Oxford.

- You will be looking after and developing relationships with circa 120 live accounts, making 6 quality face to face meetings per week.

- You will run training mornings with your merchants and installers, offering market leading support.


- You will ideally have sold for a boiler manufacturer, or be working for a merchant or distributor and have a passion to develop your career in plumbing and heating.

- You may have sold aligned products, such as ground source or air source heat pumps, HVAC, fans, ventilation- anything M&E orientated, as great training is offered.

- You will have a proven track record of sales success in the construction industry, with merchants and installers/contractors.

- You will be a good team player, career focused, looking to reach your potential, as our client has an excellent reputation for employee development.

- You will be organised, IT literate, hardworking, engaging and able to deal at all levels.


- Basic salary of £34,000- £37,000

- Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus and commission, based on personal and team performance- £8k+

- Mondeo, Volvo, Passat type company car
