Data Management Analyst Excel - Reinsurance Market
A City of London based, leading and expanding Global Reinsurance Group seeks a Data Management Analyst to support in a Global Project, to include: upgrades, cleansing data, mapping and developing functionality, adopting best practice wherever possible. The job holder will also provide support with regard to the development of Business Objects reports as well as providing project support on ad hoc Operations department tasks. Experience would be technical/IT aptitude, previous data analyst experience, with good Excel skills and ideally previous reinsurance/insurance experience.
This is an initial 6 month project role, however the company seeks a person that would be able to move into the role permanently.
Any SAP knowledge would be a bonus as that means they will have general familiarity. The job holder will also provide support with regard to the development of Business Objects reports as well as providing project support on ad hoc Operations department.
Duties are working with the business systems. Duties to include: review and implement upgrades, cleansing data and adopting/rolling out best practice and attending User Group meetings as required.
Provide input for IT Steering Group Meetings, playing an influential role in the prioritisation, scoping, delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, migrations etc. Provide support with regard to the maintenance and development of Business Objects reports for Operations as well as providing project support on ad hoc Operations department tasks.
Provide project based support on a range of matters within the Director, Data Management's remit.
