Delegate Sales Director - Business Events

The company are headquartered in central London, operate globally and are currently looking for a supremely talented Delegate Sales Director to take on a fully functioning delegate sales team of 30 people. Running for 8 years the last 3 years have seen unprecedented growth across the business contributing to further investment in product and the hiring of talented people in all functions.
They are looking for an outstanding individual with charisma and ambition to take over the Delegate Sales Division and lead and grow revenues. The ideal candidate should be passionate about day to day coaching and sales training. Employing the company's unique sales methodology, the winning candidate should be adept in managing daily KPI's and improving progress of every individual exec across the business.
Understanding how to use data and formulate systems to drive revenue is essential in this role. Our client is looking for someone with exceptional people management skills coupled with analytical focus and a meticulous attention to detail when it comes to phone sales performance.
The ideal candidate should have seasoned experience already managing at the very least a medium sized sales team. 5-7 years of focussed management experience, along with evidence of succession planning and managing managers would be a huge advantage also. This is a 100% management position - it is therefore not a 'selling manager' role with a personal sales target.
There is a competitive salary and hugely rewarding OTE on offer for the successful candidate.
