Our Leading Construction client is looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Manager (CRM) to join their team in London. This is a permanent role paying £60k-75k+ benefits. Our client has a portfolio of COTS application hosted on premise, SaaS applications in the cloud and bespoke applications built on Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM that support both corporate operations and construction system. Role:. As an Application Manager you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the client's portfolio of business software applications to implement improvements in business efficiency.. Lead a team of circa 7 application support analysts & developers, responsible for managing the clients business applications support centred on Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM and small change development activities. Provide advice to business users on existing business applications used by the client. Ensure that all applications meet business require ments and conform to the IM and IS strategies. You will need to be able to speak to developers and understand code/read code. Skills:. Experience across C#, Javascript, SharePoint, Dynamics (An understanding on some or all off these preferred). Proven experience of managing an Applications Support & Development team. Experience of operating in Microsoft Office365 and Azure environments. Sound decision making skills.
