Salary: 17,500

Operation: 4* Hotel

Hours: 40 with paid overtime

Main purpose of the role:

Supporting the Senior Banqueting Sous Chef in the day to day running of the department. Our client has become one of the city's most popular city centre wedding venues for 2017. You will be part of the team in producing high quality corporate buffet lunches alongside delivering catering for private dinners to banquets for up to 350 people, using fresh, local ingredients.

The Ideal Candidate:

For this position, it is desired that you have previous experience operating at a similar level within Banqueting and Events. You are required to have the willingness to learn from our team of experienced chefs as well as passing on knowledge to junior members of the team. You will need excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. It is essential that you can follow instructions whilst using your own initiative to prioritise tasks in fast paced and potentially stressful environment.
