Position: Dealer Fleet Manager 
Location: Field-based covering Southern England 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum 

About the role: 

They seek a high-performing Dealer Fleet Manager for their client, one of the top global car manufacturers. 

You will represent a global brand, delivering best practice, sales process and coaching to the Dealer Business Centre Mangers within the Business Dealer Network. This role will involve coaching and developing the Dealer personnel in the implementation of the Fleet and Business Initiative standards and ensuring that KPIs and Marketing activities are achieved. You will be required to maintain a visit rate with the dealers and to document a standards report in line with the Fleet and Business Initiative. It is also important to be able to engage with the Dealer Principals in regular reviews of the Dealer Business Centre Mangers. 


- Ensure the Dealers within the South of England comply to the Fleet and Business Initiative standards. 
- Coach the Business Centre Mangers in line with Nationwide Fleet and Business Initiative. 
- Build strong relationships with the dealers and Dealer Principal. 
- Attend appointments with Dealer Business Centre Mangers. 
- Act as a brand advocate, promoting the product range passionately. 

About you: 

- Strong Analytical Skills – to be able to look at reports and develop and plan to improve. 
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders. 
- Proven B2B sales professional with a track record of hitting target. 
- Experienced in using a CRM system (desirable). 
- Experienced in interacting with a variety of levels of decision maker, from SME owner, to C-level, middle-management as well as administrative staff. 
- Passionate about service, with a strong ownership and accountability. 
- Self-disciplined and driven. Comfortable working remotely from your own initiative.
