Our client, a leading entertainment brand are looking to hire 2 Recruiters on initial 6-month contract working in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their internal career working for a well-known and growing company.
You will assist with the 360-recruitment cycle from shortlist to induction recruit my clients retail arm. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with hiring manager and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, sourcing and vetting candidates, organising recruitment campaigns, and attending interviews. This is a very fast paced environment and you will be managing between 10-30 roles at any 1 time.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in house recruitment experience and will ideally have background in retail or hospitality. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on 1-2 weeks' notice.
