Job Description:

The client offering is designed to help accelerate the growth of SME's.

Overall Role Purpose

To work as part of the team, effectively delivering on Business Growth projects. Responsible for managing, growing and effectively delivering the business objectives for the client base.

The Business Development Executive's primary responsibilities are:

  • Pipeline management: to generate leads and manage prospective leads to enable operational delivery staff to successfully recruit client companies to the programme, wherever possible.
  • After sales care: to ensure that the client receives the services offered to them by implementing the necessary steps to enable the required support including enrolling the client in events, workshops and masterclasses as appropriate; completing contracting arrangements facilitating the capture of client feedback.
  • Operational systems: to ensure compliance with all required programme reporting and management approaches as outlined in the relevant Operations Manual and other documentation as appropriate including Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Job Offer

A basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) Plus Quarterly performance related bonus and company benefits.
