Field Sales Quality Officer
Field Sales Quality Adviser - Home and Field Based (London)
Support the application of the T&C scheme for the direct sales force which delivers results, quality and best practice for the Company whilst meeting FCA regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the supervision of individuals within the sales force to establish competence and ensure ongoing competence is maintained by the delivery a range of monitoring, feedback and coaching activities.
A key requirement of this role is to engage directly with the sales force, particularly Sales Managers, who work from their own offices or homes throughout the UK. The role holder will assist the FSQM in identifying risks by analysing monitoring data, quality MI and key performance information. This will facilitate the tracking and maintenance of the competency of Sales Advisers by undertaking observations, assessments and providing feedback and intervention/coaching as appropriate.
- Experience of working in an insurance financial services customer facing environment
- Preferably experience of a training/coaching environment
- Sales training/ quality/or compliance experience - preferable
- Financial Planning Certificate (or equivalent) - preferable
This is a regional field role which is home based, involving some travel and occasional overnight stays.
