A specialist company based near Crystal Palace is seeking a new member to join the sales team. The role will mainly revolve  around assisting customers with any querires and purchases, helping select the right products, and directing them to the correct departments. Providing assistance to customers via telephone and email will also be required.

The company offer a fairly laid back very friendly, yet working enviroment.
Theyt are  growing rapidly and there will be good opporutuintes to develop new skillsets, and also chances for promotion.

The hours requrired are 8:00am - 17:00pm
And alternative Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm

Key roles and responsibilities 

- Providing excellent customer service
-Demonstrating and understanding customer needs/ care
-Developing good product knowledge
-Provide excellent service over the telephone and via email
-Replenish stock and maintain high standard of merchandise
-General House keeping
-Respond to customers quick and courteously 

-Background in retail and customer service is essential
-Ideally someone who has pripr expirience working within the foresrty industry 
 or previous expirience working in a hardware store
-Good written an spoken English
-Computer literate
-Punctual 
- The ability to make on the spot descicons
